Log on Mijn Belastingdienst Zakelijk
Does your company or organization not have a registration with the Chamber of Commerce, but still need to log in to the Dutch Tax Administration (Mijn Belastingdienst Zakelijk)? Starting this year, you can apply for eHerkenning level 3 (EH3) for your company or organization, even if you are based abroad.
With eHerkenning for organizations without a Chamber of Commerce number, you can log in to Mijn Belastingdienst Zakelijk. Since the old Tax Administration portal will soon close, it is important that you have eHerkenning by July 1, 2024, at the latest, to access Mijn Belastingdienst Zakelijk.
Who is it intended for?
This login is specifically developed for organizations and companies that do not need or are unable to register with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KVK), for example foreign companies and organizations.
What do you need for the application?
During the application, you must provide the fiscal number (Fi nummer) of your organization. This number, 9 digits, can be found on correspondence from the Tax Administration. The application documents indicate which supporting documents you need to submit, such as a letter from the Tax Administration. Also a document which proves that you are allowed to represent your organization.
